The Journal of Strength and Conditioning (JSC) is seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to serve as peer reviewers for our esteemed publication. As a leading scholarly journal in the field of strength and conditioning, JSC is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence and integrity in the peer review process.
Role Overview: Peer reviewers play a critical role in ensuring the quality and validity of the research published in JSC. As a peer reviewer, you will be responsible for providing constructive feedback, evaluating the scientific rigor of submitted manuscripts, and offering recommendations to the editorial team regarding the publication suitability of each submission.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in one or more areas of strength and conditioning, including but not limited to strength and conditioning, training theory, periodization, exercise technique, sport coaching and leadership, biomechanics, exercise physiology, cardiovascular physiology, muscle physiology, or injury prevention and rehabilitation.
- A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals within the field of strength and conditioning.
- Experience with the peer review process and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in academic publishing.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
